Residential
Initial in home Pre-Inventory walk through ** FREE **

Cost is calculated by square footage and quantity of property.

10% Discount for clients having an alarm system or Senior Citizens
15% Discount for Senior Citizens with an alarm system

Businesses
Initial Business Pre-Inventory walk through **FREE**

Complete inventory $75.00 an hour*; actual time at business and a $55.00 processing fee
10% Discount for having an alarm system

*$200.00 minimum

What is included in your inventory?

-Written documentation (make, model, serial numbers, etc.)
-Photos
-Video(optional) ask for details

-Software CD/DVD of your inventory

Portfolio will be delivered within 7 business days.

Storage of original CD copy – We will keep a copy and send to insurance company or police department upon your request for 12 months. ** FREE ** After 12 months we will contact you to add any additional items you may have acquired (for a small fee) and keep a copy at a rate of $2.00 per month paid annually ($24.00).

Home Safe Home Inventory, LLC provides a professional, reliable, third-party home and business inventory designed to maximize your claim as well as making the claim process smoother.

Additional services provided:

Express Inventory: Great for dorm rooms and storage facilities

Collector’s Inventory: Coins, Stamps, Guns, Antiques, Comic Books, etc.

Holiday Inventory: Holiday Decorations

Each additional service includes:
One video
Up to 25 pictures
One limited written report
One hour or less (additional charges will apply if inventory exceeds one hour)

Identakey™ w/Home Safe Home

Engraving/Invisible Ink – A unique way to place an identifying mark on your valuables. $25.00 per hour

Transferring Paper Photos to a CD – Got a shoe box full of pictures, why not put them on a CD for more convenience? $25.00 per hour

Document Scanning – Important Documents such as (marriage certificates, insurance papers, birth certificates, social security cards, etc) $2.00 per page

Vacation Home – Ask about discount for 2nd inventory at additional location. Please contact us for pricing.
